Taking place against the backdrop of one of the most famous cityscapes in the world, the 12 F50s will each look to claim maximum points in front of packed shoreside crowds.
Australia was victorious at the inaugural New York event, while Peter Burling and his New Zealand team stormed to success last season. Having finished third here in Season 1, the U.S. team will be looking to claim victory on the final American stop of the 2025 Season.

SailGP is the world’s most exciting racing on water. The global championship features national teams battling in short, intense races at iconic stadium-style venues across the globe. The high-tech, high-speed action features sailing’s best athletes racing in identical hydrofoiling F50 catamarans, flying at speeds approaching 100 km/h.
Rival national teams go head-to-head for Championship glory, competing at fast and furious events across multiple continents. The close-to-shore racing takes place over two days at each event, with season points awarded to teams based on their ranking.
At the last event of the season, the Grand Final takes place which pits the three highest-ranked teams in the leaderboard in a one-off winner-takes-all race to be crowned the SailGP Champion.
