The Korn Ferry Job Profile Manager app offers customers access to Success Profiles, data-driven blueprints developed and refined over decades, which improve processes around recruitment, performance management, development, and workforce planning. Success Profiles distill billions of data points to create nearly 10,000 profiles, which help organizations create the foundation for better talent acquisition and talent management decisions.
